Air Jordan 1 Low OG "Year of the Dragon" Sneakers

As we start the final quarter of 2023, the anticipation for the sneaker release lineup of 2024 is steadily building. One particular release that has sparked excitement is the "Year of the Dragon" colorway on the Air Jordan 1 Low OG. Following the success of last year's "Year of the Rabbit" collection, Jordan Brand is once again paying homage to Chinese New Year with a dragon-inspired design on the iconic AJ1 Low.

Starting with a "Sail" leather base, the upper of the sneaker showcases eye-catching "Oil Green" scale overlays that extend from the mudguard to the heel counter. The Swooshes feature a glossy red finish, perfectly complementing the matching red laces, tongue tag, and the embroidered Wings logo on the heel. Gold accents can be found on the base of the heel tab and the Nike Air branding on the tongue, while silver details adorn the lining and semi-translucent outsole. The sneaker is completed with thematic touches, including a dragon-themed sockliner, the inside of the tongue, and a celebratory red envelope.

Sneaker enthusiasts can anticipate its release on January 24, with a retail price of $160 USD. The sneaker will be available via Nike SNKRS and select retailers.
