The track is an electronic breakup song about regret with the main message of losing a partner means losing the version of yourself that existed within the relationship. Produced by Kenya Grace and Nitepunk, the music is minimal and repetitive. Soft synths and light drum and bass play quietly in the background, leaving space for her voice.

Directed by Joel Palmer, the music video perfectly matches this theme. It opens with Kenya watching old footage of her ex on her computer. The video then transports her into those memories, showing scenes of their relationship and dates around London.
