Nike KD 4 "Aunt Pearl" Sneakers

Nike Basketball and Kevin Durant's Nike KD 4 "Aunt Pearl" sneaker is set to make a highly anticipated return in October, following its original release in May 2012. The sneaker pays tribute to Kevin Durant's beloved aunt who bravely battled lung cancer.

Constructed in an all-pink mesh upper, the Nike KD 4 "Aunt Pearl" features overlays that symbolize the Think Pink campaign supporting breast cancer awareness. A pearl graphic on the tongue honors Aunt Pearl, while the midfoot strap features a black Swoosh. Reflective elements reminiscent of a pearl's surface are incorporated into the heel and parts of the tongue.

The Nike KD 4 "Aunt Pearl" sneaker will be available on October 3 via Nike SNKRS and select retailers, with a starting price of $130 USD.
