Aesop x Bocci 14p Lamp

Aesop has expanded its offerings beyond personal care by collaborating with multidisciplinary design studio Bocci to create a new lamp. This rechargeable orb emits a warm amber glow, echoing the inviting ambiance of Aesop stores.

Inspired by Bocci's 14p pendant style, the lamp features two hand-poured glass hemispheres that cradle a central light source. Its deep brown hue mirrors Aesop's signature bottles, while the artisanal nature of the glass is highlighted by unique imperfections, such as tiny air bubbles. A frosted granite finish enhances the light's organic refractive quality, evoking a gentle candlelit atmosphere that reflects the brand's heritage rooted in antique folklore and literature.

The co-created lamp is currently on display at Aesop locations in New York City's Meatpacking District and Rockefeller Center, as well as the Gastown outpost in Vancouver. The brand consistently collaborates with renowned architecture and design firms for bespoke store installations, like the recent Aesop Diagonal by Mesura Studio in Barcelona. Aesop also engages customers through thought-provoking initiatives, such as the Queer Library during Pride month.
