A.P.C. Debut Eyewear Collection

A.P.C. recently launched its first-ever eyewear collection, expanding its range of accessories.

The collection features four unisex sunglasses models, each named after a member or collaborator of The Velvet Underground. The sunglasses are designed with matching anti-glare lenses that provide high UV protection.

The "Lou" sunglasses are named after frontman Lou Reed and feature a retro-futuristic shape. They come in hues of smoky gray, khaki, clear, and black. Named after the band's second drummer Maureen Tucker, the "Moe" sunglasses have a square silhouette that combines metal and acetate. They are available in matte gold and tortoiseshell, as well as black and khaki marble.

Crafted with round metal and acetate frames, the "Nico" sunglasses are named after the German singer, model, and actress. They come in tortoiseshell and yellow. The "Sterling" sunglasses, named after guitarist and founding member Sterling Morrison, feature a classic aviator design. They are available in dark tortoiseshell and marbled khaki.

All four models in the collection are discreetly branded with the engraved A.P.C. logo on the lenses and temples. They come with a faux leather case embossed with silver-tone letters and a microfiber cloth with a quote from A.P.C. founder Jean Touitou that reads "wait and see".

The A.P.C. eyewear collection is now available at select A.P.C. brick-and-mortar stores and via the brand's webstore.
