As the curtain closed on 2023, Nike set the stage for an exciting start to the new year with its inaugural SNKRS Showcase in October. This highly anticipated event unveiled a treasure trove of new colorways and beloved silhouettes slated for release in 2024. Among the highlights was the Air Force 1 Low, which stood out with a city collection featuring Las Vegas, Seoul, and Shanghai-themed colorways. While the "Las Vegas" pair was initially previewed, Nike has now officially revealed the design.
The Nike Air Force 1 Low "Las Vegas" features a rich purple hue on the midfoot, tongue, and toe box. Patent leather overlays in neon pink add a vibrant touch, while white accents can be seen on the leather Swooshes, laces, and tongue branding. The interior of the shoe showcases gold embroidery behind the tongue, depicting a pair of dice and an "‘82" note, referencing the Air Force 1's debut year. The heel of the shoe displays the text "Read 'Em And Weep" on the right shoe to the left one. Completing the design, black detailing is present on the tongue tag, heel tab, lining, and rubber outsole.
As of now, Nike has not announced the release details for the "Las Vegas" Air Force 1 Low and the other colorways in the city collection. However, it is expected that they will be available in the coming months through Nike SNKRS and select retailers.
