Queens rapper X-YLE has released his latest single “Let Me Cook”, alongside a new music video directed by Akin Films.
Produced by Ric The Great, the track serves as the lead single from X-YLE's new album, Pray For Better, which is out now via Frontlyne Records through Roc Nation Distribution. The project features appearances from Jaymillyrock, Whoisskitzo, Nikko Tesla, Adyeiis, YNG Mizzle, Dutch Alcott, Nikki Owens, and Isat Fakir.
As the founder and CEO of Frontlyne Records, X-YLE has spent more than a decade building his career independently. Raised in Queens, New York, he began making music at the age of 11, drawing inspiration from fellow New York rap icons DMX and Nas.
Those influences remain evident in his direct delivery and lyric-driven approach.
