StockX has made a significant update to its return policy, now allowing customers to return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. This change marks a shift from their previous policy, which did not permit returns for reasons like sizing issues or buyer's remorse, although they would consider returns for damaged items.
Under the new policy, customers can return eligible sneakers and apparel for StockX credit, minus the original shipping costs. This means that if you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return it and receive credit to use on future purchases.
The good news for sellers is that they will not be impacted by this new return policy. Sellers won't have to manage returned products or worry about their selling status being affected. However, returned items will still need to be verified by StockX to ensure they are undamaged and have the original "Verified by StockX" tags attached.
Moving forward, StockX will clearly label product listings for items that are eligible for returns, making it easier for buyers to know their options.
