COMME des GARÇONS HOMME x New Balance 860v2 Sneakers

New Balance is expanding its appeal to a new generation with the reissue of the 860v2 in a collaboration with COMME des GARÇONS HOMME. The new iteration modernizes the performance silhouette by simplifying the materials.

Unlike the previous 2011 reissue, which featured bold contrasts and chunky translucent mesh, the COMME des GARÇONS HOMME x New Balance 860v2 opts for subtle tonal variations and tight-gauge mesh underlays. The sneaker incorporates embossed synthetic overlays and suede accents that add dimension to the shoe.

The collaboration launches with an all-black version and a signature gray. Both colorways feature a white midsole paired with gray-and-black outsoles. The gray variant includes darker overlays for added depth, while the black version highlights the overlays against the dark base. Silver accents on the heel counters and a red "NB" emblem below the heel tab round out the design. COMME des GARÇONS branding is prominently displayed alongside the New Balance logo on the tongue and insoles.

The COMME des GARÇONS HOMME x New Balance 860v2 sneakers will be available later today at select COMME des GARÇONS stores and stockists, including Dover Street Market for £220 GBP (approximately $255 USD).
