Yuto Horigome has made history as the first skateboarder to win two Olympic gold medals in the Men's Street event. After claiming gold at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics, he successfully defended his title at the 2024 Paris Olympics solidifying his status as the undisputed champion. During his recent Olympic performance, Horigome wore a special collaborative edition of the Nike SB Dunk Low, which released last year.
Originally teased in May, a more detailed breakdown of Yuto Horigome's second collaboration with Nike SB on the Nike SB Dunk Low has surfaced courtesy of sneaker leaker Rico Suav. The Nike SB Dunk Low "Asparagus" sneaker features a mix of green and brown hues in a combination of suede and leather, with Yuto Horigome's cross-feather logo prominently displayed on the lateral heel. The shoe's branding includes both Nike SB and Horigome's name in green, while the heel features "NIKE" embroidered in dark gold.
The Yuto Horigome x Nike SB Dunk Low "Asparagus" sneaker is set to release in Spring 2025 via Nike SNKRS and select skate shops for $130 USD.
