Tokyo retailer FREAK'S STORE has created an oversized t-shirt that pays tribute to hip-hop legend Tupac Shakur's sixth studio album, R U Still Down? (Remember Me). The design features the album's cover art on the front, which features a close-up shot of Tupac's face with two fingers to his mouth. On the back of the t-shirt, the full tracklist of the album is displayed in vinyl format.
The album, released on November 25, 1997, was Tupac's second posthumous release and the first to come from his mother's imprint, Amaru Entertainment. It consists of previously unreleased material recorded between 1992 and 1994, during the same time period as his other albums, Strictly 4 My N.I.G.G.A.Z., Thug Life: Volume 1, and Me Against the World. The posthumous production of the album was overseen by We Got Kidz Productions, along with QDIII, Soulshock & Karlin, Mike Mosley, and Ricky Rouse.
The FREAK'S STORE 2PAC "R U Still Down? (Remember Me)" t-shirt is now available for purchase via Daytona Park for ¥6,600 JPY (approximately $42 USD).
