Bottega Veneta Candle Collection

Italian luxury brand Bottega Veneta has unveiled a collection of candles, signaling the next chapter in its expanding home line.

The brand, already renowned for its opulent blankets, cushions, games, and leather accessories, now seeks to expand with three distinct scents: "Redstone," "Lantern," and "Raintree." "Redstone" is said to emanate a gentle and calming aroma, while "Raintree" captures the essence of nature with its fresh scent. On the other hand, "Lantern" envelopes your surroundings in a warm and cozy smell.

The fragrances are housed in ceramic cups, doused with a multi-toned lava glaze that corresponds to their respective names. The "Redstone" candle features a red finish, while the "Raintree" candle displays a green hue, and the "Lantern" candle is in yellow. The application of the molten glaze to each candleholder, followed by the gentle kiss of the flame, produces air bubbles across the design. The wax is melted in a kiln and carefully hand-poured into the containers.

The launch of Bottega Veneta's new candle line is set to take place on Wednesday, May 22, both online and in select stores. Each fragrance in the collection will be available for ￥61,600 JPY (approximately $395 USD).
