Bootlegs, an emerging fashion label based in Bloomington, Indiana, has recently unveiled its highly anticipated Fall/Winter 2023 collection. Founded by Ben Frische, a native of Carmel, Indiana, in December 2021, the brand has quickly gained recognition within the streetwear community for its unique and stylish designs.

The new collection from Bootlegs focuses on staple pieces that effortlessly blend style and utility. The standout items include a button-up flannel shirt and stone-washed canvas cargo pants with eight pockets. Drawing inspiration from Midwestern workwear, particularly the chain-stitched embroidered shirts popular in the 1950s and 1960s, Bootlegs has created a collection that pays homage to the region's rich heritage.

The color palette of the Fall/Winter 2023 collection takes inspiration from the vibrant hues of the Midwestern autumn. Shades of brown, orange, and tan dominate the garments, mirroring the changing colors of the leaves as they gracefully fall from the trees.
