Jordan Brand, a subsidiary of Nike, is renowned for its iconic sneaker releases that have captivated sneakerheads for decades. Among its early creations, the Air Jordan 2 holds a special place, and its influence can be seen in the Air Python, a fusion of the Air Jordan 2 and Nike's Air Force 2. While the Air Python made a comeback in 2013, it is set to receive a stylish tribute in the form of the "Python" colorway on the Air Jordan 2 Low next year.
This upcoming iteration starts with a classic white leather base, complemented by subtle light gray accents on the Wings logo at the tongue and the lining. However, the standout feature of this release lies in the quarter panel, where a mesmerizing blend of light brown and gray snakeskin pattern can be seen on each side of the shoe. To complete the look, a clean "Sail" midsole rests atop a light gray rubber outsole, adding a touch of sophistication.
As of now, Jordan Brand has not made any official announcements regarding the release details for the "Python" colorway of the Air Jordan 2 Low. However, early reports suggest that it is slated to hit shelves on February 7 of the coming year, available through Nike SNKRS and select retailers. Sneaker enthusiasts can expect to purchase this highly anticipated release for a price of $150 USD.
