Shoe Palace x Oakley "The Bridge" Sunglasses

Shoe Palace and Oakley, both originating from California, have collaborated to celebrate the history of the Bay Area, including Shoe Palace's 30-year anniversary and the 1989 World Series between Oakland and San Francisco. The collaboration, called "The Bridge," features the Oakley Mumbo or “M frame” as the base layer, a silhouette that was released in 1989. The limited-edition offering includes two Prizm Lens options, Prizm Ruby and Prizm Jade, symbolizing the two sides of the Bay Area.

The frame is available in a dark or light grey camo, representing the convergence of sport and culture. The Oakley Mumbo was first popularized by surfers in the area before becoming mainstream in sports. Shoe Palace believes that the Oakley Mumbo perfectly embodies the style of the era it was released in and represents the excellence of the athletes who have worn them.

The pricing for "The Bridge" has not been announced yet, but an exclusive launch will occur at Shoe Palace's Fashion Show location in Las Vegas and its store in San Jose's Valley Fair. Limited quantities will also be available on Shoe Palace's official website starting September 22.
