Nike has released the Nike SB Dunk Low "Songkran", inspired by the popular Thai papaya salad Som Tum. The shoe features a beige and canvas colorway that reflects the dish's ingredients.
The design includes a textured upper meant to look like woven bamboo baskets used for sticky rice. The tongue labels feature images of the salad and the baskets to highlight the theme. The sneaker is built for skating, with a padded tongue, soft collar, and a grippy rubber outsole.
The Nike SB Dunk Low "Songkran" sneaker is available now via Nike and select retailers for $140 USD.
