Noble Cinema  has partnered with Billboard-charting producer and rapper  Vidal Garcia  to host their wildest show yet. The A Noble Takeover event is set to include performances from some of Northern Cali's top rising rappers and takes place on Saturday, May 24 at Noble Cinema Studios . The concert will feature live performances from Matty Boy along with Ice Meez , CJ Washington , Nick Severe , 4ToDa5To , J-Fela , Handlin' , and Almighty Omilly . Northern Cali rapper J-Fela  links up with Matty Boy to drop the visuals for his 2024 single “ Simon Says ”. Directed by Noel Bell of Noble Cinema , the video opens with Max Barela from Saved Thug Clothing leading a recovery meeting. Shortly after, J-Fela and Matty Boy deliver their heartfelt verses, sharing deep thoughts and confessions over the  Vidal Garcia -produced beat. “Simon Says” is set to appear on J-Fela's upcoming Roses & Redemption album dropping later this year. Ahead of its release tomorrow, Matty Boy has revealed the artwork for his new  Vidal Garcia -assisted single “Therapy Session”. Self produced by the Billboard-charting producer, “Therapy Session” marks Vidal's first rap feature since collaborating with Matty Boy on the 2021 single “ Northern California ”. Speaking with us about the new release, Matty Boy shared, "I’m extremely excited about the new song with my brother, my dog in real life Vidal Garcia. The homie has helped me and my music in so many ways. Going to the studio has been like therapy for me so it’s only right we name the song “Therapy Session”." In the Noble Cinema and Rob Silver Visuals -directed visuals, the duo dives into the dark narrative by committing a robbery, digging a grave, and the chilling disposal of a body, all while cutting up the beat with surgical precision. The video shows Matty Boy with his good friends Max Barela of Saved Thug Clothing , Manuel Cisneros , and Ron Bee from the Burbeck & Garretson podcast, as they count cash while model Nancy Marie Rodriguez dances provocatively. On “Counter Fits”, Matty Boy raps about street life, violence, and emotional struggles, targeting fake rappers and gangsters over the hard-hitting Lootpecker -produced beat. As a homage to his roots, Matty Boy spells out FAIM—representing his former gang Family Affiliated Irish Mafia—in hundred-dollar bills laid across the ground. Enjoy!
