In the latest Nike Zoom LeBron NXXT Gen release, LeBron James and Nike pay homage to Liverpool FC with the upcoming Liverpool FC x Nike Zoom LeBron NXXT Gen AMPD sneaker. The collaboration is set to launch early next month and is dressed in a light orewood brown, black, washed teal, and metallic gold color scheme. The shoe combines LeBron James' personal style with the sport and is dedicated to Liverpool's 2008 kit. Notable design elements include metallic gold accents on the Liverpool FC crest and the embroidered "LFC" branding. Liverpool graphics also adorn the insoles, further emphasizing the connection to the club. The upcoming Nike Zoom LeBron NXXT Gen sneakers draw inspiration from LeBron James ' old AAU basketball team, the Summit Lake Hornets. The "Summit Lake Hornets" colorway, releasing next spring, features a purple base upper with suede, mesh, and leather materials. Turquoise blue accents can be found on the tongues, collar, and Swoosh logos. The color scheme resembles the current Charlotte Hornets team colors, and the shoe intentionally removes the Hornets logo. The Nike Zoom LeBron NXXT Gen "Summit Lake Hornets" shoes will be available through  Nike and select retailers for $170 USD in Spring 2024.
