The new version transforms the original sneaker into a chic slip-on, featuring a reimagined upper while maintaining the beloved GEL sole unit for comfort. The mules will be available in three distinct colorways of "Brown/Green", "Blue/Black", and "Black/Silver". The "Brown/Green" pair boasts a rich burgundy base complemented by green accents, while the "Blue/Black" iteration comes in a deep blue base paired with black and grey details. The "Black/Silver" colorway is a minimalist option that features a stealthy black upper with silver accents. Priced at $250 USD, the Kiko Kostadinov x ASICS NOVALIS GEL-Styrax Mule will be available via ASICS  and select retailers in the coming weeks.

New York-based brand Bravest Studios has recently unveiled its latest footwear release, the Bear Claw Mule. This silhouette is covered in calf hair and features protruding metal claws. The brand, known for its luxury basketball wear items, has been expanding into the footwear realm and has previously released popular mule designs. The Bear Claw Mule by Bravest Studios is crafted from high-quality calf hair and is fitted with metal bear claws. The shoes also come with a branded footbed. Additionally, the shoes are packaged in a fur-covered box, which adds a degree of collectibility to the pair. The Bravest Studios Bear Claw Mule is set to be released on Friday, December 29, 2023 via Bravest Studios' webstore for $110 USD.
