Gerald Charles has unveiled the Masterlink Perpetual Calendar as its most complicated timepiece since the brand's modern revival in 2011. The new model features the industry's first asymmetrical perpetual calendar movement with a micro-rotor. Staying true to founder Gérald Genta 's "No Compromise" philosophy, the watch blends design and engineering. It displays the day, date, month, leap year, and a moon phase accurate for over a century. The watch comes in a 40mm titanium case that is just 10mm thick and weighs only 97 grams. There are two versions available; one with a unique "grille" dial and one with an open-worked sapphire dial that shows the movement inside. The watch's decoration is inspired by a map of Geneva.
