The day before, on the late Kobe Bryant's birthday, the Nike Kobe 8 Protro amazed fans with an elegant all-white "Halo" colorway. On Kobe Day itself, Nike treated fans to four restocks, including the iconic Nike Kobe 6 Protro "Grinch." Looking forward to 2024, Nike Basketball has an exciting release in store: the all-new "Radiant Emerald" colorway of the Kobe 8 Protro.

This captivating design features a predominantly white base, encompassing the lining and midsole, while a distinctive greenish-blue shade adds vibrancy to its overall appearance. The "Radiant Emerald" color accentuates the Nike Kobe branding on the tongue, embroidered Swooshes, heel signature detail, and semi-translucent outsole. As a tribute to Kobe Bryant's jersey numbers throughout his NBA career, the blue shade is cleverly incorporated into the upper, featuring repeated "8" and "24" numerals.
