Jaden Smith  made a surprise appearance at Coachella in April, where he showcased his upcoming footwear collaboration with New Balance , the MSFTSrep x New Balance 0.01 sneaker. The low-cut sneaker features a similar shape to the popular New Balance 550 , but with full leather uppers. Instead of the traditional "N" logo, this collaboration features a printed "NB" logo in a deep navy hue on the quarter panels, tongue branding, collar accents, and lace tips. The sneakers also include MSFTSrep branding on the heels, a MSFTSrep text logo on the lateral midfoot, and a "0.01" detail on the inside of the tongue. The insole of the shoe showcases a custom print from heel to toe. The design inspiration for the MSFTSrep x New Balance 0.01 has not been officially revealed, but considering Jaden Smith's past work and collaborations, sustainability is expected to be a key element.
